Mythic Eye Productions is a Malta-based media production company specialising in HR, training, and internal communications video.
We were built on a simple frustration: most corporate video is forgettable by design. Safe, generic, and produced to a brief that prioritises box-ticking over genuine engagement. Employees sit through it because they have to. Then they forget it.

The Team
Behind Mythic Eye are two people with complementary skills and one shared frustration - corporate videos that nobody watches.
Simon Debattista is a technical AV professional and videographer based in Malta, with years of experience across broadcast, live events, and corporate production. He handles cameras, production, and post. If it needs to look cinematic, that's his job.
Rowena Testa leads the creative strategy, client relationships, and marketing. She makes sure every project starts with the right brief and lands with the right audience.
Together they work with HR managers, learning and development teams, and business owners across Malta and beyond — helping them replace outdated processes with media that actually gets results.
